Part:BBa_J100279:Experience

This improved version of tClone Tet contains the PDB riboswitch. It works much better than the original version Part:BBa_J100255 derived from Part:BBa_J119367 when it contained the same PDB riboswitch. J100255 and J119367 both contained P5 promoter and BD18 RBS. J100279 uses P9 and BD10 instead.

Data collected from biological triplicates (three separate tubes) measured at the same time. The major improvements are reduced cell growth in column 2, and increased cell growth in columns 3 and 4. This combination of P9 and BD10 should be used for all subsequent applications of J119367.
